Hey Oppo, long time no post... I have black steelies on my Volt with the winter tires. I’m looking for 16" hubcaps. All of the ‘cheap’ 16" hubcaps look stupid. I’d like to get a full disc hubcap, I think they would look cool and aero and stuff... but all I can find is really expensive aluminum ones for that 50's gasser look etc . My google-fu is sucking on this, any help?

scoop out the local dealerships... find some econoboxes on 16s... they tend to be on steelies with caps

I’d get some invisible ones.

I’ve never bothered with hubcaps for winter wheels, and steelies look fine without. hubc ap s just seem like a good way to trap dirty/salty snow.

I could probably do $10/wheel, pretty cheap despite the high-technology involved. I’ll even toss in free shipping with a set of four (in addition to be invisible , they weigh practically nothing, which is good both for shipping and for keeping unsprung weight down.)

I already have the chrome lug nuts. Trim rings, hmmm...  It’s black on black, black rims. There is a chrome strip down the side, maybe a trim ring is what it needs.
